Sometimes it&#8217;s a long process with a story; this one started out around 25,000 words, and is now about 7,000. Took some carving to figure out what the core of the story really was. I&#8217;ll be happy to see it out there. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edited to add, on July 28, that I have now made my second sale of the week. Yet again, a story that began its journey in 2019, and will now find a home.
